Greek Turkey Meatballs or Burgers

What We're Making


1lb ground turkey meat
1 medium shredded zucchini
1/4 cup fat free feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1/4 cup ground oatmeal (or 1 packet of instant oats)
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 chopped garlic clove
Salt & pepper to season


1. Shred the zucchini with a cheese grater and remove excess water by patting dry in a paper towel
2. Add all the ingredients to a medium size bowl and mix
3. Add approx. 1/4 of the mixture to each of the muffin tin cups and bake for approx. 20-30 mins at 350 degrees.
*You can also cook these in a pan with olive oil, or make burger patties for the BBQ.
