Buffalo Chicken Dip

Who doesn’t love the all food and drinks on Super Bowl Sunday?   Usually, most of the options served at Super Bowl parties are the “not so healthy” kind. With all the nachos, chips, 7 layer dips etc.. its hard to resist! Instead of standing around the snack table grazing on the those calorie ridden options,  check out this great protein dip I made for our Super Bowl party. This mouth watering recipe will sure be a hit when your looking for some “waistline” friendly party options.

Check out the video below on how I made my Buffalo Chicken Dip!

Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip!

1/2 cup franks hot sauce or Siracha
1/4 cup low fat blue cheese crumbles
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp coconut sugar or stevia.

1)Mix all ingredients in a crockpot & summer in low for 2-3 hours or simmer on a pan on the stove for 30 mins.
2)Serve with rice crackers, whole grain tortilla chips, cucumbers or other dipping veggies!
