Who doesn’t love to have a nice, cold margarita sitting by a pool or beach? This is one of my favorite things to do when I visit my parents in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Over the last 20+ years of spending the winters in the Puerto Vallarta area, my Dad has been “perfecting” the perfect margarita. The best part is they are much more low calorie than a traditional margarita made with margarita mix or found in any restaurant!
My Dad and I made this live video (see below) as part of my “Meal Prep Monday” series, when I was visiting them in March. We show you how we now make the perfect margarita! These can be served either blended or on the rocks (we prefer on the rocks) Be careful if you have more than one 🙂
Normally when I do my “Meal Prep Mondays”, I have a round ring light called, “The Diva Light” which helps light up the video. Check out the “Mexican diva light” my Dad made work and held for the video while we were in Mexico. Thanks Dad!!
