Low carb, healthy Spaghetti!

Do you love a nice comfort meal on a cold night, such as a nice warm plate of Spaghetti? Check out how I replaced the traditional spaghetti meal with a healthier version. I used a turkey meat sauce and replaced the heavy, high carb pasta  with a lighter low carb version of spaghetti squash!

Turkey Sauce:
Cook together in a large pan;
-2lbs (2 packages) ground turkey Breast
-1 bell pepper
-1/2 medium onion chopped
-1 cup chopped mushrooms
-Italian spices, salt & pepper
-garlic salt
Once meat is cooked, add in;
-2 cans diced tomatoes
-2 smaller cans Low Sodium tomato sauce
**for an extra kick, I added Franks hot sauce to mine when I served it

Spaghetti;
1 large Spaghetti squash
-cut in half lengthwise
-microwave on a plate face up(approx 10-12 mins)
-clean out seeds
-use a fork to clean out the squash into spaghetti strands
